![]() Go to Edit Transform and enter the appropriate numbers to crop the combined program video down to just what needs to be shown on the first output. You're going to use this by creating a new scene, call it something like "outputs", and create an Output Source. Normally the purpose of this plugin is to allow you to add overlays to your output signal regardless of which scene is active, but the way it accomplishes this is to add a new source type called Output Source which takes whatever is on the program output and brings it back into a scene as a new source. If you can't combine your outputs in your GPU, you can do it with OBS instead. In that case you would right-click on your OBS program screen and open a "Fullscreen Projector (Program)" to send the combined output video to the virtual desktop spanning all of the outputs. If you have Nvidia Quadro graphics on your laptop, you can set up Mosaic to combine all three outputs into one virtual screen, or on GTX series you can use Surround to do the same thing. ![]() Next you need to route all of those videos to the proper outputs. That way when you switch to the main video scene all the videos will start simultaneously. Then you'll need a second scene containing whatever you want showing before the videos start (it could just be black). You can then either add three separate videos to one scene, or combine the content for all of them into one giant video file. If they're 1080p outputs, then you'll want either 5760x1080 (three in a row) or 3840x2160 (quad split layout). Set up your main video canvas to be big enough to encompass all three video outputs. OBS can do this for free if you get creative.
